Infineon Development Kits
This section explains how to use Infineon development kits as rapid prototyping platforms for edge machine learning. You can collect real-time data, generate device-ready code, and deploy models on‑device across a wide range of hardware—accelerating iteration and streamlining the path from concept to edge inference.
For the following development kits, we provide the Streaming firmware to stream real-time data:
- PSOC™ Edge E84 AI Kit
- PSOC Edge E84 Evaluation Kit
- PSOC™ 6 AI Evaluation Kit,
- PSOC™ 6 Wi-Fi BT Pioneer Kit
The Streaming firmware for PSOC™ 6 Wi-Fi BT Pioneer Kit is implemented using Protocol version 1, whereas the Streaming firmware for other boards use Protocol version 2.
For other Infineon boards we do not provide the firmware for streaming data into Studio at the moment. If you want to collect data using other infineon boards, we recommend implementing your own firmware using the Streaming Protocol for Real‑Time Data Collection. Refer to Registering sensors and boards for data streaming using Protocol version 2 for detailed instructions on firmware implementation.
